What’s included in the Career Transition Program?

The program is centered around personalised one-on-one coaching sessions, offering a flexible approach to meet your organisation's budget. Choose the number of sessions that best fits your needs, and ensure each employee receives the tailored support they deserve.

I customise each session to cover topics relevant to the individual, and participants will have access to resources and templates to guide them through their career transition, ensuring they have the tools and confidence to continue their career journey long after the program concludes.

Topics can include:

  • Addressing the emotional and psychological aspects of navigating a career transition

  • Clarifying priorities and identifying potential new directions for the future

  • Identifying values, interests, strengths and skills, and aligning them with preferred roles and work environments

  • Supporting skill development and exploring opportunities for further education and training

  • Building a clear, relevant and compelling resume that highlights experience and achievements

  • Developing effective cover letters and templates for connecting with recruiters and hiring managers

  • Creating an optimised LinkedIn profile and providing guidance on how to use LinkedIn for job searches

  • Developing a job search strategy and using labour market information effectively

  • Preparing for interviews and improving presentation skills and confidence through mock interview practice

  • Leveraging networking opportunities and building effective relationships with recruiters

  • Evaluating potential employment opportunities and developing salary negotiation strategies

  • Navigating portfolio careers, entrepreneurship or transitions to retirement

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

The Career Transition Program offers flexible pricing to accommodate your organisation's needs and budget.

You can select a package based on your preferred number of one-on-one coaching sessions. I recommend a minimum of 3 sessions to achieve meaningful results, with 4-6 sessions enabling a more comprehensive and in-depth approach over several months.

If your budget allows for only 1 or 2 sessions, I can tailor a program to maximise the impact within that timeframe.

  • 3 x 1-hour sessions: $897 + GST

  • 4 x 1-hour sessions: $1,179 + GST

  • 6 x 1-hour sessions: $1,759 + GST
